Q: Are you familiar with a song titled "Rocky?" My mom says it was very popular back in the 1970's.
A: "Rocky" was written by Jay Stevens (real name: Woody P. Snow). The song was a number 9 pop hit in 1975 for Austin Roberts and a number one on the country charts for Dickey Lee that same year.
