Q:     I know that Carl & Pearl Butler had a big hit with "Don't Let Me Cross Over." My dad says another couple also had a hit on that song. Is that true?

A:      Following Carl & Pearl Butler's # one in 1962, "Don't Let Me Cross Over" scored a #9 for Jerry Lee Lewis and Linda Gail Lewis in 1969, and a # 10 for Deborah Allen and Jim Reeves in 1979.
