QUESTION: The radio folks mentioned a new Waylon Jennings album. Do you have any details?
ANSWER: "Goin' Down Rockin': The Last Recordings of Waylon Jennings" was recorded with Robby Turner but was unfinished at the time of Waylon's death. Turner finished the 12 track project to Jennings' specifications. Eleven of the tracks are previously unreleased and set to be available in September.

TODAY IN 1972: Waylon Jennings has his 24th charted song. "Sweet Dream Woman" came on the charts June 10th, 1972 and peaked at # 7. It was on the charts for 13 weeks.
