QUESTION:      I heard on the radio that Glen Campbell is retiring from the music business. Is he already done?

 

 

 

ANSWER:         According to Glen, his June 24^th concert in Los Angeles, California was his last one and his final video "A Better Place" has just been released.

THIS WEEK IN 1975:  Glen Campbell had his 32nd charted song and his 4^th number one. "Rhinestone Cowboy" entered the country charts June 7^th, 1975, made it to number one, and stayed there for three weeks. It was on the country harts for 21 weeks and also scored a number one on the pop charts and was the CMA Song Of The year.
