ANSWER: According to Glen, his June 24th concert in Los Angeles, California was his last one and his final video "A Better Place" has just been released.

"Rhinestone Cowboy" entered the country charts June 7th, 1975, made it to number one, and stayed there for three weeks. It was on the country harts for 21 weeks and also scored a number one on the pop charts and was the CMA Song Of The year.

QUESTION: I heard the radio guy mention The Grand Ole Opry adding some performances. Do you know when?
ANSWER: Four weeks of Wednesday night shows will be added to the Grand Ole Opry lineup beginning July 18 thru August 8th. It addition to the regular Friday and Saturday night shows, the Opry also has Tuesday night shows running thru December 11th. And the Thursday night Opry Classics shows will return in October.

QUESTION: I know that Willie Nelson had a big hit with "Always On My Mind." My mom says that song was on the radio years before that by someone else. Is that true?
ANSWER: Brenda Lee scored a # 45 hit with "Always On My Mind" 1972, Elvis Presley took it to # 16 in 1973, was a # 20 for John Wesley Ryles in 1979 – all before Willie's version went to # one in 1982.

QUESTION: I heard that Reba McEntire was inducted into a hall of fame last week. I thought she was already in the hall of fame.
ANSWER: Reba was inducted into The Country Music Hall of Fame in 2011. Last week, she was inducted into The Hollywood Bowl Hall Of Fame. The event was part of that venue's opening night concert which raised over one million dollars for the Los Angeles Philharmonic's music education programs.

QUESTION: I have a copy of "Your Pretty Roses Came Too Late" by Lois Johnson that I bought around 1980. My mom says another girl singer had a hit on that song before her. Is that true?
ANSWER: "Your Pretty Roses Came Too Late" made it to # 67 in 1974 for Melba Montgomery before Johnson's # 20 hit in 1977.
