When your blood sugar spikes first thing in the morning, it sets off a chain reaction that lasts ALL DAY. Cravings get worse. Energy crashes by noon. And your pancreas is working overtime before you've even left the house.
It's like trying to bail water out of a sinking boat... while someone keeps drilling new holes.
Dr. Scott Saunders, a UCLA-trained physician and diabetes expert, says this one breakfast swap is the single fastest change his patients make to start seeing better numbers — sometimes in just days.
He put together a simple, step-by-step system that shows you exactly what to eat (and what to avoid) to support your pancreas and keep blood sugar steady from morning to night.

P.S. If you've been eating "healthy" but your numbers keep climbing, this is almost certainly part of the reason. See the breakfast trap here.
