Your Fall Glow-Up: Two Drinks for Hydrated, Plump-Looking Skin |

Cooler weather can leave skin looking dull and feeling dry. Pique’s Radiant Skin Duo brings a beauty upgrade to your fall routine: two delicious daily drinks that support hydrated, plump, luminous-looking skin from within. |
Start with creamy, organic Sun Goddess Matcha, packed with antioxidants that support healthy-looking skin. Then sip B·T Fountain, a refreshing beauty electrolyte combining clinically studied ceramides, hyaluronic acid and electrolytes to support hydration and a dewy glow.
|
The beauty benefits come with impressive clinical evidence. In a clinical trial of B·T Fountain’s ceramides, skin hydration improved 25% by day 15. By day 60, hydration improved 37%, elasticity improved 36% and wrinkle depth decreased 8.2%.
Morning matcha. Afternoon beauty hydration. An easy ritual that fits into busy fall days while supporting skin that looks smoother and feels replenished. Your favorite daily drinks become a simple skincare habit worth keep

Dear reader, |
Dancing and moving your body however it wants to move, freely, wildly, weirdly, without regard to how it looks, looking cool, or impressing anybody, is powerful proven medicine for regulating your nervous system and truly feeling better. |
Dancing reduces cortisol, gets you out of your head, and moves you out of your sympathetic fight-or-flight system into your parasympathetic nervous system, where you feel safe and secure in your body. |
Whether you're feeling numb and even dissociated or overwhelmed and flooded, getting on your feet and dancing will help you feel better fast. |

Dancing works to help shift your mood, whether you're slightly stressed and annoyed, righteously pissed off, or, in my case, contending with intense grief and stress given the recent loss of both of my parents. |
I danced the day we brought my dad from the hospital home for hospice, after barely leaving his side for the 3 weeks since he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I lost my mom 7 months earlier. It was one of the most intense, demanding, moving, and powerful experiences of my life, and so I'm extra passionate about sharing what works, especially when it matters most. |
I was able to be extremely present to my dad and be an exceptional caretaker to him because I had rewired my nervous system and had the tools that enabled me to be truly present, including dancing, walking, doing squats, controlled breathing, and so much more. All together these techniques enabled this experience to be a beautiful and powerful one versus an overwhelming and devastating one. |
I still have big emotions to contend with. This isn't about emotional bypassing. It is about enabling me to be safe, relaxed, and present in my body so that I don't crash out and can process everything I need to process as effectively as possible. |
Thinking about your feelings and talking about your feelings can help at the margin but ultimately you need to feel your feelings to process them. To do so it helps a lot to be safe, secure, and relaxed in your body. |
Just because it's easy, free, and fun doesn't mean it ain't effective! I know it can feel weird to dance by yourself and to dance at home or wherever you are. I've been known to dance in the woods and while walking down the street personally. Don't let that stop you from feeling better. |
Put on one or two of your favorite songs and simply let it rip. |
It will work for you too but you got to get on your feet and do it. This is not a spectator sport. Come dance with me! |
I am dancing every single day now, and I post it. Each video shows you what the movement actually looks like and what it is doing for my nervous system, so you can put on a song and follow along from wherever you are. You can find me on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. |
