Most people think keeping their brain sharp means doing crossword puzzles, memory games, or downloading the latest brain training app.
And while those things may help a little...
There's something far more powerful that many people overlook.
Movement.
Not because it burns calories.
Not because it builds muscle.
But because your brain was literally designed to work with your body.
In fact, some of the same activities that help you move better, stay stronger, and maintain your independence can also help support memory, focus, and long-term brain health. Research continues to show just how connected movement and cognitive function really are.
The surprising part?
You don't need marathon workouts or hours in the gym to start benefiting.
I recently came across an article that explains why movement may be one of the most important habits for protecting your brain as you age.
