How are you getting your steps in? "Movement" doesn't have to mean a full workout, matching set, or a 6am alarm. It can be:
- a walk around the block
- stretching while your coffee brews
- dancing in the kitchen (badly encouraged)
- grabbing water between meetings
- getting outside for five minutes of fresh air
