Q:      Do you have information about a new book written by Willie Nelson? The radio folks were talking about it.



 

A:       Willie's new memoir is titled "Roll Me Up And Smoke Me When I Die" and is set for November 13th release.  According to Willie, the book contains never before told stories about his life, family, music, politics, Texas, religion, and favorite recreational activity.

THIS WEEK IN 1973:   Willie Nelson had his 23rd chart single. "Stay All Night (Stay A Little Longer)" came on the country charts September 29th, 1973 and peaked at #22. The Atlantic Record single was on the charts for 13 weeks.
