Brian's 9/11 story has been told in several documentaries including shows seen on NBC, the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, A&E and PBS/Nova. Immediately following 9/11, Brian served as President of 'The Euro Brokers Relief Fund,' a public charity that raised millions of dollars to financially support the families of his company's sixty-one victims. Brian has served as an Elder and a Deacon at The Wyckoff (New Jersey) Reformed Church and is currently on the Board of Trustees at New Brunswick Theological Seminary where also serves as Treasurer. In addition, he is on the Board of Governors of Opportunity International, a global enterprise that provides micro business loans to the poorest of the poor in twenty-five developing countries.In 2004, Brian was recipient of the 'Norman Vincent Peale Award For Positive Thinking.' Retired after a thirty-two year career on Wall Street, Brian and his wife Dianne live in Mahwah, New Jersey where they raised four children and now enjoy nine grandchildren. |
