QUESTION:    I thought that Wanda Jackson had retired but someone on the radio mentioned a new album. Do you have any information?

 

 

ANSWER:       Wanda's 31st studio album "Unfinished Business," is set for October 9th release on Sugar Hill Records.

THIS WEEK IN 1954:  Wanda Jackson had her first charted single. "You Can't Have My Love," (a duet with Billy Gray) came on the charts July 24th, 1954 and peaked at  # 8. The Decca Records single was on the charts for 8 weeks.
