Why Stretching Won't Make You Flexible
This might surprise you about stretching
Let me ask you something…
Have you ever spent time stretching…
touching your toes, pulling on your hamstrings, holding positions for 20 or 30 seconds…
…and still felt just as stiff as before?
You're not alone.
One of the biggest myths in fitness is that stretching automatically makes you flexible. But the truth is, flexibility is a lot more complicated than simply holding a stretch.
In fact, if all you're doing is static stretching, you might not be improving your mobility the way you think you are.
I just put together a quick article explaining why this happens and what actually helps your body move better.
