She was a water polo player, a competitive swimmer, someone with a “sharp wit” who “soaked in life, every piece of it,” her father says of her. Cucul-Bol is now serving 30 years in prison. Her father, Joe Abraham, warns that more innocent people will die if Illinois doesn’t change its immigration policies. “These policies are so reckless, so radical, so extreme,” he told Fox News. “There’s no balance to it. There is no consideration for anything.” He’s right. And Illinois is far from alone. Laken Riley was murdered by an illegal immigrant in Georgia. Sheridan Gorman was allegedly murdered by an illegal immigrant in Chicago. The list grows longer every month—Americans killed by people who shouldn’t have been in this country, who were shielded by sanctuary policies that prioritize ideology over citizen safety, who were released back into communities despite criminal histories because Democrats have decided that enforcing immigration law is somehow beneath our moral standards. Jose Medina-Medina’s attorney says his client has the brain development of a child, can’t read or write, suffers from epilepsy, and has bullet fragments lodged in his brain from being shot in Colombia. He contracted tuberculosis in a Chicago shelter. He allegedly requested to be sent back to Colombia but was instead bused to Chicago during the Biden administration, where he allegedly hid behind a lighthouse and murdered an 18-year-old girl.
