200,000,000 views…   I had to say that again.   200 MILLION.   Honestly, when we first started putting videos out on YouTube, I don't think any of us imagined we'd ever hit a number like that.   So before anything else…   Thank you.   Seriously.   To every person who's ever watched a video, left a comment, shared a workout, or trained along with us in your living room, garage, or gym… you're the reason this happened.   And I don't take that lightly.   Over the past 15+ years, Critical Bench has grown into something much bigger than just a YouTube channel.   It's become a place where people come to get stronger, move better, and take back control of their health.   And that's always been the goal.   Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated.
