Recipe of the Day: Baked Walleye | | Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
8 (4 ounce) fillets walleye
1 teaspoon coconut oil Directions Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil.
Beat the eggs and water together in a bowl until smooth; set aside. Combine the almond flour and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl with the seasoned salt until evenly mixed.
Dip the walleye fillets into the beaten egg, then press into the almond flour mixture. Place onto the prepared baking sheet.
