Q:      Early in her career, Dolly Parton had a duet recording on a song titled "Put It Off Until Tomorrow." Was the guy on that record Porter Wagoner?

A:
The guy on "Put It Off Until Tomorrow" with Dolly was Bill Phillips. The Decca Records single peaked at #6 in 1966 and was on the charts for 18 weeks.
