QUESTION:     The TV people mentioned Dolly Parton having something to do with a movie made on a cell phone. Do you know what that is about?

 

 

 

ANSWER:         Dolly Parton will contribute four original songs to the independent film "Olive," the first film shot entirely on a cell phone. "Olive" is the story of a little girl who changes the lives of three people, without ever saying a word.

THIS WEEK IN 1951:   Lefty Frizzell had his 6^th charted song.  "Always Late (With Your Kisses)" came on the charts August 4^th, 1951, made it to number one and stuck there for 12 weeks. The Columbia single was on the charts for 28 weeks and was his 4^th number one.
