Additional Tickets Released, Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood Host Lifting Lives Gala and New Artist of the Year Nominees Revealed

Additional ticket packages for the sold out 50th Academy of Country Music Awards on April 19, 2015 at AT&T Stadium, and ACM Party for a Cause® Festival: 50 Years of Music & Memories on April 17-18, 2015 at Globe Life Park, in Arlington, Texas, will go on sale Friday, February 20th at 10:00 AM CT. The ticket packages will be available at Ticketmaster.com and range from $145-$585. And there are a limited number of VIP packages available, for more information please call 817-892-4400. Thanks to creative stage design, we will now be able to accommodate more fans for the historical 50th anniversary celebration!
 
In April, tickets to the 50th ACM Awards and ACM Party for a Cause: 50 Years of Music & Memories both sold out in 18 minutes. The accumulated 60,000 tickets sold for the events marked the biggest and fastest selling sales record in the Academy's history. 
 
The 50th ACM Awards will be broadcast LIVE for the first time ever from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network. ACM Award winners Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will return to co-host this super-sized night of incredible country music performances, which will cap off three days of events, including ACM Party for a Cause®: 50 Years of Music & Memories on April 17-18, 2015 at Globe Life Park, in Arlington, Texas.

The Academy of Country Music's philanthropic arm, ACM Lifting Lives®, will host its first-ever fundraising gala on April 17, 2015, just two days before the 50th ACM Awards. Country music luminaries Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, will host the "One Night, Two Cities, All Music" gala presented by Mattress Firm. Emmy®-award winning journalist and co-host of Entertainment Tonight Nancy O'Dell, will join Brooks and Yearwood to co-host the Fort Worth Gala. The gala will consist of two shows taking place simultaneously at the Omni Dallas Hotel and the Fort Worth Zoo.
The inaugural gala will kick off with a cocktail reception, followed by a dinner, live auction and a stellar line-up of performances by country music's most celebrated artists including Lady Antebellum, Hunter Hayes, Keith Urban and Little Big Town. ACM Lifting Lives will be donating funds raised from the gala to several Texas-based organizations including Garth Brooks' charity, Teammates for Kids and the Child Life Zones in Children's Health of Dallas and Cook Children's of Fort Worth.

FINAL ACM NEW ARTIST OF THE YEAR NOMINEES ANNOUNCED

 
The fans have spoken and the final three nominees for ACM New Artist of the Year Presented by Kohl's Department Stores are Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell. These three artists move forward to the final round of fan voting, which will begin April 8th at voteacm.com. Your vote will help decide the ACM New Artist of the Year!
